Commercial Property Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our busy Commercial Property Department headed up by partner Helen Hemingray.
The role will involve handling a full range of commercial property work including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, re-financings, plot sales, overage, development agreements, promotion agreements etc. The ideal candidate must be able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. Experience of residential property work would also be an advantage.
We are based in the beautiful region of North Norfolk (Fakenham and Holt). We expect an extremely high level of service from all our staff (prompt response times, thorough and clear legal advice, commercial and practical explanations, etc), and aim to provide the same quality of advice and work that you might expect from a national or city firm. Many of our clients have been with the firm for decades, and we need to be able to continue to maintain those very long-lasting business relationships.
