Amanda Nudds has this week joined the expanding Butcher Andrews litigation team

We are excited to announce that Amanda Nudds has this week joined the expanding Butcher Andrews litigation team as an Associate Solicitor.

Amanda has worked for a number of years in the litigation team of another local firm. Initially working as a paralegal, Amanda qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and since then has acted for clients in a variety of contentious matters which have ranged from debt recovery that has resolved in early correspondence to large land disputes being decided in the Property Tribunal. She has acted for clients in various issues with extensive experience in both individual and commercial property litigation matters including residential landlord and tenant, commercial lease issues and boundary disputes.   She is well liked by clients for her honest and practical approach. Whilst Amanda is regarded as firm with opponents, being a mediator also allows her to be mindful of the time and expense which can be incurred in disputes and recognises the importance of a sensible approach to try to reach a resolution where appropriate.

Amanda will be working alongside solicitors Harriet Rossi and April Lyon, who specialise in property litigation and probate litigation respectively, as well as head of team and solicitor David Richards and the secretary for the team Maria Smith.  She is already settling in well, and will no doubt be an excellent addition to the firm.  We all look forward to working with her in the future to help our existing and new clients resolve their litigation issues.

Amanda will be working at our Holt office.
