Butcher Andrews is pleased to announce four promotions across the firm, with effect from 1 April 2026, demonstrating the firm’s investment in career progression and commitment to providing an exceptional service to clients.

👏 Meet Our Newly Promoted Colleagues (left to right):

Olivia Leeper becomes an Associate in our Commercial and Litigation team. Since joining the firm in 2023 Olivia has worked hard to build up a strong client base providing advice on a wide range of Corporate and Commercial matters from setting up or restructuring companies and partnerships, to drafting commercial agreements. She also undertakes litigation and employment work.

Lydia Larkman becomes an Associate in our Residential Conveyancing team. Her practice covers a broad range of transactions, including property sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and auctions.

Chloe Daisey becomes a Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing team. Chloe, who joined as a Legal Secretary, has recently achieved excellent results in her CILEX exams.

Amanda Nudds, Head of Litigation, has been promoted to Equity Partner in recognition of her significant contribution to the firm, leadership and commitment to client service.
