Associate – Litigation
Amanda joined Butcher Andrews in June 2021 as a solicitor in the litigation team.
Amanda spent many years with a local firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2015 and as an accredited civil and commercial mediator in 2018. She deals with a wide range of litigation matters for both individuals and businesses in various types of debt recovery, contractual disputes and has extensive knowledge in areas including contentious property matters including boundary disputes, residential landlord and tenant issues and commercial lease issues. Amanda has experience of issuing and defending claims in the County Court, High Court and in the First Tier Property Tribunal both conducting advocacy herself and with counsel representation. Amanda is regarded for her sensible and practical approach to matters to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
