Residential Conveyancing
Lydia joined Butcher Andrews in 2022, coming from a local Norfolk law firm and bringing with her over 16 years of experience in the Legal Field.
Lydia has a wide base of experience in Residential Conveyancing. She particularly specialises in freehold sales and purchases, First Registrations, Transfers of Equity, and Re-Mortgages. Having grown up in Norfolk and lived here all her life, she has lots of local knowledge of the area (particularly West Norfolk) and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge of North Norfolk. Lydia enjoys meeting new clients face to face to really build that rapport with them and support them every step of the way through their transaction.
Lydia has completed several CILEx exams before switching to the Licensed Conveyancers’ course, which she is in the last stages of completing. The reason for the switch was to indulge in property which is the area of law she is most interested in, and has specialised in for 10 years. Lydia is extremely excited to join such a well-respected law firm and is very much looking forward to meeting lots of new clients and continuing to progress and gain knowledge and experience in Property Law.
