Butcher Andrews is delighted to welcome two new trainees to the firm. Will Cope joined our Commercial Property Team as a paralegal in November 2025 and has recently started his training contract. He will continue to work within the Commercial Property Team for his first seat, building on the valuable experience he has already gained with the firm.

Marcie King joins the firm following the successful completion of her Law Degree at the University of East Anglia and will undertake her first seat with the Family Team.
‘I am thrilled to have started my Training Contract with Butcher Andrews. I have a particular interest in Family Law, but I am excited to gain experience in multiple practice areas. I will be studying the Solicitors Qualifying Exam with a Masters (LLM SQE) part-time to qualify as a solicitor in September 2028. I look forward to the next two years, gaining practical experience and learning from my peers.’
