Associate – Commercial Property
Joe joined Butcher Andrews in December 2021 as a solicitor in our commercial property department. Joe trained at a top 100 law firm in London, and then worked for 5 years in the commercial property team at a large regional firm in Norwich.
Joe is experienced in many aspects of commercial property including advising landlords and tenants on commercial property management matters and assisting both developer and landowner clients with sales and purchases of strategic land. Joe also has extensive experience dealing with option agreements, conditional contracts and negotiating overage arrangements.
