Jake joined Butcher Andrews in October 2022 as a trainee solicitor. His first seat was in the Private Client team, which is where he now works, having qualified as a solicitor in 2024. Jake had previously worked as a paralegal at another local firm.
Jake graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in history in 2021, before then going on to study the post graduate diploma in legal studies also with the University of East Anglia.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys clay pigeon shooting where his success led him to sponsorship in his teenage years. Jake is also an avid Manchester United fan and often visits Old Trafford with his Grandfather as often as possible.
