Law Specialism: Commercial Property
Carla joined Butcher Andrews in January 2021 as an Associate in the Commercial team specialising in commercial property, residential developments, and commercial finance.
Carla completed her law degree at the University of East Anglia achieving a 2:1 LLB (Hons) before then attending the College of Law, Bloomsbury attaining a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course.
Carla’s practical training took place at a local firm where she gained a good grounding in all aspects of property: residential, commercial and agricultural. She qualified in 2012 as a Litigator and represented a local campaign group at the highly publicised planning dispute for the proposed King’s Lynn Incinerator. Carla’s contentious background is particularly helpful in looking at potential problems from a different perspective.
Carla is a commercial property lawyer able to assist clients with a wide range of commercial property matters for developers, landlords and investors. Having worked in the local area since the start of her career some years ago Carla has a great deal of private practice experience. She is able to advise clients in relation to commercial property acquisitions and disposals, development sites and joint venture arrangements, business acquisitions and disposals and all aspects of commercial finance.
